NOBLESVILLE, Ind. (September 29, 2020) – ClearVision-AV (ClearVision), a leading professional design and integration services company for video conferencing, media management, streaming video and digital signage, is announcing that it is enhancing its support services under the new name of ClearChoiceTM Services.
ClearVision has been serving the audio and visual market since 2013.With its expanded ClearChoice Service offerings, value added resellers, manufacturers and distributors of audio and visual (A/V) products can purchase complete design solutions, and pre- and post-sales engineering support. Other ClearChoice offerings include new service level agreements for helpdesk, installation, and maintenance with an expanded footprint across the United States, Canada, and other parts of the globe.
“Today’s A/V customers have a high level of expectation for ongoing service and support, but many resellers, manufacturers, and distributors struggle to provide them globally,” said Chris Platt, President of ClearVision. “Our new ClearChoice brand is meant to allow small and large companies alike to offer enhanced services with little to no additional labor costs and expand beyond their local footprints.”
ClearChoice will offer multiple support options, including a new web-based portal making requests and tracking tickets easy, private label options, and on-demand pricing schedules. “Many companies can not afford the resources to offer their customers global installation and on-going services, which is where ClearChoice fills the gap,” Platt said.
With the introduction of ClearChoice, ClearVision is also unveiling its new on-line presence at www.clearvision-av.com, aimed at developing a new corporate identity to represent the modernization and changes that are occurring within the audio/visual industry. The new site comprehensively details ClearVision’s portfolio and will serve as a launching pad for additional services to come.
“ClearVision is well prepared to be a critical part of the industry moving forward providing the installation and support services that we all need to fulfill our customer’s deliverables,” said Chris Apple, Director of Engineering at IDSolutions. “The industry is in dire need of high-quality, outsourced services and with the launch of ClearChoice, we believe that ClearVision is prepared to meet the market demands.”
